Clean your aligners daily using a soft toothbrush and clear, unscented soap or Spark Aligners cleaning crystals. Avoid toothpaste, which can scratch the plastic. Rinse thoroughly with lukewarm water and store them in their case when not in use to maintain hygiene and prevent damage.
For optimal results, Spark Aligners should be worn 20–22 hours per day, removing them only for eating, drinking, and cleaning. Consistent wear ensures your teeth move according to the treatment plan and helps achieve the predicted results within the expected timeframe.
Spark Aligners can address many mild to moderate bite concerns, including overbite, underbite, crossbite, and spacing issues. The suitability depends on your specific dental situation, which can be assessed during a consultation. Complex bite problems may require additional treatments or specialist input.
