I went to Parkfield Dental Practice today and I was really impressed with the fantastic care I received. Ive written one other review in the past in my entire life but I found the competence, professionalism, and all-around care at this Dental Practice deserving of an acknowledgement and something worth sharing with others trying to decide where to go for their dental care.

Dr. Neehal is an excellent dentist and I felt like he put my dental care at the heart of our conversation. I didn't feel like I was being pushed or gently nudged into agreeing to a care plan that is not necessarily in my health interest.

As a patient at Parkfield Dental Practice for about 55 years, I have seen the practice go from strength to strength. Reception staff and management are caring, professional, and friendly. When I rang at the weekend for an emergency appointment, I got a call back from Becky as soon as they opened to book me in today.
The dentists put patient comfort high on the list, with neck cushions, black glasses, and soft ambient lighting on offer. Dr Shah undertook a long and complex restoration process on my badly-worn back teeth, which cured the sensitivity and should prolong their life. I appreciate the patience and kindness of both Dr Shah and Dr Aslam, who have recently had to repair a broken crown – a freak accident. I appreciate the on-screen photos of the damage involved, which help me to make an informed decision about the next steps. And thanks also to the dental nurses, and to Gill, the hygienist, who always remember to offer warm water as a rinse!
We are so grateful for this first-class dental care, when others are not so lucky. The long journey we now travel to visit the practice is well worth it.

My partner has been seeing Jo and Gill for years as she had a lot of nervousness about dentists but thinks they are great. I'd not been to a dentist in 10 years but she persuaded me to go. I saw Dr Shah and was very happy with his professionalism and manner. I needed a filling and this was completed very satisfactorily. I now go regularly like a good patient and would recommend them.

I have been seeing Jo for approximately 3 years now. She is very calming and trusting as she works and as someone who is a little nervous at the dentist this is extremely comforting. She has been great with my girls (3 and 5), they in fact LOVE going to the dentist. Her magic wand and chair have them mesmerised!

I used to be phobic about going to the dentist... then a friend recommended Jo Ingleby. Jo has now been my dentist for 18 years. She is a master of putting you at your ease, explains what she is doing and why, whilst throwing in an amusing anecdote. I trust her advice and respect her great knowledge, experience and skills. Oh, and I’m not phobic about going to the dentist anymore (and haven’t been for 18 years). That’s all thanks to Jo. The receptionists are friendly and helpful and I’ve always experienced excellent treatment from the hygienists I’ve seen. Highly recommended.

Fantastic dental practice, always there to help. I've had 2 dental emergencies (accidents) which the team responded to quickly and professionally. Friendly and kind staff. Great at explaining treatment options and giving personal and expert recommendations.

Been going here since 2012 and I have to say they are the best dentist I have been to ever. Staff are always friendly and supportive. All my kids are registered here as well and it is always a smooth experience definitely recommend.

My Son & I have been using Parkfield dental practice for several years, we have always found the team extremely friendly, caring & professional. Whilst attending recently, we felt very reassured & confident by all the Covid safety measures they have put in place.
We feel they really do put a smile on your face in more ways than one!

I was really nervous about dental treatment but the team at Parkfield were absolutely brilliant and so kind from staff on reception to hygienists, to Mr Shah who was so carried out treatment on a difficult broken tooth with a huge amount of skill, care and attention.  Really happy with treatment and would recommend.

Parkfield is a brilliant practice and I have always received an excellent and efficient service with every visit. I think think this is down to the great staff at Parkfield; Dr Aslam is fantastic and Shevonne behind reception is always so friendly and helpful when arranging my appointments around my work. Highly recommend!

5 Stars all the way from me. I'm always treated superbly well from the moment I walk through the door. Oh, and Doc. Jo is a Superstar. All the best guys, we can all see it's tough with all the PPE you have to wear, but you do it with such aplomb and professionalism. See you soon.
