Dr Valeriia Vlasenko — known to her patients as Lera — trained at Kharkiv National Medical University in Ukraine, graduating in 2015. Before joining Parkfield Dental, she built more than seven years of clinical experience across general dentistry and orthodontics.
After relocating to the United Kingdom, Lera successfully passed the Overseas Registration Examination (ORE) and is now a fully registered dentist with the General Dental Council (GDC). She brings both a deep clinical foundation and a genuine understanding of what it means to navigate a new country’s healthcare system.
Lera speaks English, Ukrainian, and Russian fluently. Her patients consistently describe her as gentle, thorough, and unhurried — the kind of dentist who takes the time to explain what she is doing and why, so you always feel informed and in control.
